2019 spring break look book!

spring look book

Hello Everyone! Since the weather was kind of off, not all of these pictures were from the day I wore them. Some of the outfits were featured in other blog posts, so I reused those pictures for this post. Not all of these outfits are very “springy” because the weather in Virginia is all over the place. I also jumped around during the week to my favorite looks. Let me know in the comments, your favorite look from your spring break. Enjoy!

My April Bullet Journal!

Untitled design

Hello Everyone! It’s that time again, the start of a new month and bullet journal spread! I went with a very very spring-flower theme, just to get me in the mood for spring. Winter is my favorite season, but it is ending and this bullet journal spread is my way of accepting that. I still really love how this turned out. Comment down below if you bullet journal or any questions you might have.

How to Make Comfy + Cozy Fall PJs!

diy pj pants.jpg

Hello Everyone! Oh my goodness, I haven’t done a sewing/DIY post in such a long time. School and life, in general, has got me so stressed and busy, I haven’t even had any time. This is a very easy DIY that I do all the time, even when it isn’t the fall season. It’s my thing, my staple piece. Usually, I make it for my sister, but this time I made some for myself. This really festive flannel print was on sale, and I thought it would make some really cute pants. Most of the steps, I did go into a lot of detail just in case it got a little confusing. There will also be a lot of pictures with markings to make it easier for everyone. Enjoy!

BeFunky-collage-22.jpg

Hello Everyone! It’s already October, and I have a new bujo spread for this month. It’s fall themed, and the daily spread is very minimalistic, which is going to be very helpful since the year and stress season has started. There are a lot of doodles as well, which is always fun. I also experimented with a different mood tracker and got rid of my habit tracker to see what happens. Hopefully it can give you some inspiration for your bullet journal and future spreads!CLICK HERE, HERE, HERE,  or HERE TO SEE PAST SPREADS.  Enjoy!

How I Edit My Instagram Pictures

insta editing.jpg

Hello Everyone! My Insta feed Taking the pictures is only part of the process, editing is a whole other part. I use VSCO to edit my pictures, but sometimes I will use BeFunky to add different “depths to it”. In case you wanted to know, I always use the F2 filter. I’ve always had trouble with editing Insta + Blog pictures. It’s hard to make sure the pictures look unique but are apart of a theme. I just went through how I edited one of my favorite pictures I’ve taken. Here’s my Instagram. Click here to see the pictures’ post. Enjoy!

Hello Everyone!🍍🌵🍍 I AM SO EXCITED to be doing this post. Let me first explain how happy I am. As an early B-Day gift, my aunt gave me a bunch of goodies. She obviously knows about my obsessions with Cactus themed things, pineapple themed things, and My Love of Bullet Journaling. I’m so grateful for these gifts, including *spoiler alert* SOME WASHI TAPE! Also, as said in the title, everything is so aesthetically pleasing. Which is great because in my BUJO, I’m hoping it looks cohesive and aesthetically pretty.

Spring Break Fashion Haul!

shop-gotham-nyc-shopping-2

Hello Everyone! During my Spring Break, I picked up a lot of things. I went to different souvenir shops and went shopping in Times Square. I did spend more than usual on some items, but I was on vacation, so it’s fine. I listed the price and where I got them, for each item. This is a collective haul, so it isn’t just clothes. And this is a pretty small haul, but spring is starting so get ready for more hauls and shopping. Enjoy!

How to Make a Cozy Sweater

IMG_8320-2.jpg

Hello everyone! I MADE A SWEATER! *yay* I love making sweaters. This is a very easy DIY and it requires little sewing. I used a knit/fleece fabric and it took me less than one day to make. I bought 1 1/2 yards of fabric, but it depends on the size of the sweater. The fabric I’m using is so stretchy and warm. And I wanted the length to be longer but not to long so I made it where my wrists were on my hips. And my signature sleeves, extra extra long. It’s also perfect for the winter! And I had some extra fabric so I made matching shorts!

How to Make an 1/4 zipper Pullover

n.jpg

Hello Everyone! First of all, I am amazed of how well this turned out! This was my first 1/4 zipper pullover. And it’s getting cold out, but not cold enough to pull out one of those heavy duty jackets. Shopping for one of these, I found a lot of overpriced ones. Soooo, I thought it would be better to make one. This is a pretty quick project. And I didn’t use a pattern. I made one from my mother’s jacket and then downsized the pattern to fit my measurements. I used, 1 1/2 yards of a fleece like fabric and a 7 inch zipper.
