Hello Everyone! Black Friday is a great day! I stocked up on some goodies a while a go! But, I tried something new. I bought some fun trimming to add to a sweater I made. To see how to make a basic sweater or the guide sweater, CLICK HERE!(more sites are below) But I decided to make it cross in the front This is my first time adding trimming so I may have done it wrong, although it came out really nice. I have been planning this project for a while and I finally found the time to start and finish it.

After cutting out the basic Sweater Pattern, which you can see here and here. Map out how you want the cross to look like.

After I planned out multiple ideas, I finally came to a decision. Cut them out. Remember to cut on line on one of the sides, and one on the other side.

Hem the crosses, and the bottom the sweater, only if it the bottom is curved.

Put right sides together, and sew the under arms and the shoulders, of the main piece, not the sleeves.

MAKE SURE TO LAYER THE FRONT TWO FLAPS THE RIGHT WAY!

Sew the top and bottom of the sleeves.

sorry for the bad resolution

Turn the sleeves right side out, keeping the main part inside out, and sew in the arms.

Hem the sleeves and the neck.

OPPTIONAL: this is a fun little addition, its my first time doing this so it might not be the right way. With the right sides facing out, sew them to the back of the hemmed sides.

I hope you enjoyed this post! I really liked how the sweater turned out. It was really fun and different that things i normally make.

HAVE FABULOUS DAY!
